Yoga and Meditation Retreat: Yoga Breath, Buddha Mind.

  • Won Dharma Center 361 NY-23 Claverack, NY 12513 (map)

Taking refuge in a spiritual retreat has always been a part of the natural way of life. Its a chance for you to un-plug from the digital world and re-connect with the life force that is your body and this earth. It is a chance to connect deeply with other humans instead of in superficial ways. It is a chance to be nourished by healthy food prepared diligently by buddhist monks. If you have never taken retreat before, or if it has simply been too long… NOW IS THE TIME…

Now is the time, for you to unwind, find your way back home… Now is the time for you to be fine within your body your mind, your soul..”
